FTU Beautiful Spring

** CT Tutorial Using FTU Kit 'Spring Into Color ' by Jenny's Designz and tube by VeryMany **

This tutorial was written my Myself. It is my own idea and creation.

Supplies Needed

Tube. I have used 'Becky' the beautiful artwork of  VeryMany Tubes
Gorgeous FTU Scrap kit ' Spring Into Color' by Jenny at Jenny's Designz

Mask wsl-138 by Chelle WeeScotsLass Creations
Template by Me HERE

Filters/Plug ins

EyeCandy - Chrome
Eyecandy - Hsb Noise

Open template, duplicate and close original. Delete credits and background layer.
Re size Word Art to 60% and close off until you have all your elements in place.

In layer palette - layer 1. Selections - select all - float.

C/paste paper 5 re sized to75%. 

De float - invert - delete.

Select none. Delete temp layer and d/shadow.

Layer palette - layer 2. Selections - select all - float.
C/paste paper 7 re sized to 75%.
De float - invert - delete.
Select none. Delete temp layer. No shadow.

Layer palette - layer 3. Selections - select all - float.
C/paste paper 8 ( position so that the top half of paper/sky fills the selection )
De float - invert - delete.
Select none. Delete temp layer. D/shadow.

Layer Palette - Layer 4. As layer 1.

Layer Palette - Layer 5. Apply Eyecandy- Chrome and Eyecandy - Hsb Noise
Settings I used below. D/shadow.

Layer Palette - Layer 6. Selections - Select all - Float.
C/paste Paper 8- Mirrored.
De float - Invert - Delete.
Select none - Delete temp layer - D/shadow.

From kit C/paste Grass 3 re sized to 80%. Position above template layers at the bottom of canvas.

C/paste your tube above the grass and position slightly to the right of canvas. D/shadow.

Continue by adding elements of choice from kit and d/shadow to your liking.
I used...

 Tree - Position top left behind the chromed circle layer. Reduce opacity to 60%.

Archway 60%. Top left above Tree behind chromed circle. Duplicate, mirror copy to right. Merge down. Duplicate layer again and change blend mode of top copy to screen.

Water Pot - Bottom left above Grass.

Fly - 30% - Mirror. Top left. Above Archway.

Wheelburrel - 80%-  Mirror. Left centre of tag, above template layers. Behind Water Pot. Reduce opacity to 80.

Flower 4 - 30%. Bottom left above Water Pot. Duplicate mirror copy to bottom  right.

Leaves 30%. Bottom left above Water pot, behind Flower 4.

Geese - 65%. Bottom left above Flower 4 and tube layer.

Garden Boxes - 65%. Bottom right above Grass. Behind Flower 3/Tube. Use eraser tool to remove any part of Boxes that show beyond left side of Tube.

Flower 13 - 70%. Bottom right behind Garden Boxes.

Bird - 35%. Position on right. Above Garden Boxes.

Re open word art and position to your liking on tag. Change colour using Manual Color Correction and Apply same Hsb Noise as we did on Chrome layer. Shadow.

Mask Layer - C/paste paper 8. Move to bottom of layer palette. Load mask from disk - fit to layer.
In layer palette - Delete mask - Merge group.
Use Raster deform tool to position. I moved mine up slightly and to the right. I then duplicated and mirrored copy to left.

Merge all layers. Crop/re size to your liking. I usually sharpen at this point rather than each separate element as I go along. Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask 5.0 - 30 -5.
Add name and relevant artist copyright and tube licence info.
Save as Png.

PTU Lucky Day *Ct Tutorial*

** CT Tutorial.. Using Ptu Kit **Happy Lucky Day** By Lori at Scrap It Studio and tube by Di Halim.

This tutorial was written my Myself. It is my own idea and creation. 
Any similarity to any other tag or tutorial is co incidental.

Supplies Needed

Tube by Di_Halim available at  Scraps n Company
Ptu Scrap kit 'Happy Lucky Day' by Lori at Scrap It Studio
Mask - Vix big mask 1 Vix Psp
Font used Coventry Garden

Filters Used

Xero - Radiance
Tramages - Mo Jellyfish

Open a new Image 700 x 700.
From kit c/paste Frame and position in centre of canvas.
Using magic wand tool, click in centre of Frame to float the inner.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2.
From kit c/paste paper 11 re sized to 50%.
Move paper below frame.
Selections - Invert - Delete

Whilst still floated c/paste a close up of your tube and position to you liking
Hit delete again. Select none.
Apply Xero - Radiance to suit
I had settings at 128 / 50 / 128 /225
Change blend mode of tube to Luminance Legacy and reduce opacity to around 80.
Merge tube layer down with paper layer.
D/shadow frame and merge frame down with tube/paper layer.
Everything should now be on 1 layer.
Apply Tramages - Mo Jellyfish with settings - size 30 - offset 173 - shading 132.

C/paste the Frame again. Re size to 70%.
Click inner with magic wand to float.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2.
C/paste paper 7 re sized to 30% Move below Frame.
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none.
D/shadow Frame and merge down with paper layer.

Move smaller Frame to the left of canvas and position behind the larger Frame. Duplicate and mirror copy to right (see pic below)

C/paste your main tube toward the right side of canvas. D/shadow.

Now continue by adding desired elements from kit around the tube and frame layers.

D/shadow to your liking. I used..

Rope Frame - 60% - Rotate left by 28. Position top right of canvas, above frame, behind tube. Use eraser tool to remove excess that shows above top of tube.

Bow 1 - 70%. Position on left at the top of small frame. Duplicate and mirror copy to right, above rope frame.

Beer - 75%. Bottom right, above Frame.

Club - Rotate right by 7. Bottom right. Position above Beer, behind tube layer.

Charm 1 - 50%. Bottom right. Above Club, behind tube.

Sticker 2 - 75% - Rotate left by 90. Position bottom left, behind tube layer. Duplicate and mirror copy to bottom right. Above Club/Beer, behind tube.

Bow 2 - 60%. Top of large frame. behind tube.

Hat - 90% - Flip - Rotate left by 3. Position bottom left behind Tube/ Sticker.

Ticket Winner - Rotate Right by 64. Bottom left behind Hat.

Gold Coin 1 - Bottom left, behind Hat above Winner Ticket.

Gold Coin 2 - Bottom left. Behind Gold Coin 1/Winner Ticket.

Gold Coin 3 - Bottom of canvas to the right of Hat behind tube.

Lucky ticket 1 - 90% - Rotate left by 6. Bottom of canvas, above Gold Coin 3, behind tube.

Balloon 2 - 70%. Top Left above Frame/Hat/Bow1.

Balloon 3 - 60% - Mirror. Top left behind Frame/Balloon 2.

Mask Layer - C/paste Paper 3. Load mask from disk - Fit to layer. In layer palette delete mask - merge group. Use raster deform tool to size and position to your liking. 

Merge all layers. Crop/re size to your liking. I usually sharpen at this point rather than each separate element as I go along. Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask 5.0 - 30 -5.

Add name and relevant artist copyright and tube licence info.

Save as Png.

FTU Beyond The Rainbow

This tutorial was written my Myself. It is my own idea and creation.

Supplies Needed

Tube Used - Beyond the Rainbow by Tony Tzanoukakis  HERE

Kit - Ftu Leaping Leprechauns from Kittz Kreationz  HERE

( Don't forget to leave a thank you when downloading :)

Font Used KG Melonheadz

Filters/Plug Ins

Mura's Meister - Cloud

Open a new image 700 x 700.

In the centre of canvas, from kit c/paste element 13 - Clover Wreath re sized to 70%.

Using magic wand tool click the inner of wreath until all centre is floating.

Selections - Modify - Expand by 2.

Add new raster layer and flood fill with white.

Apply Muras Meister - Copies (settings below)

Select None.

Move new layer behind Wreath, add a gaussian blur of 3.

D/shadow Wreath and merge down.

C/paste your tube along the bottom of wreath. D/shadow.

Behind tube, above Wreath c/paste element 18 - Rainbow. Position and d/shadow.

Continue to add element of choice from kit and d/shadow to your liking.

I used ...

11 Hat/Coins - 80% - Mirror. Bottom left of canvas behind Wreath layer. Duplicate and Mirror copy to right.

22 Horseshoe - 50% - Rotate right by 12. Position behind tube, above Rainbow.

9 Balloon - 60% - Rotate right by 5. Top right above Wreath, behind Rainbow.

9 Balloon - 40% - Rotate left by 5. Top right, above rainbow, behind Horseshoe.

7 Ribbon - 50%. Top left, above rainbow, behind tube layer.

24 Butterfly - 45% - Mirror. Top left above Rainbow, behind Ribbon.

23  Sparkles - 30%. Position on right behind tube layer.

6  Pipe - 40% - Rotate right by 7. Bottom left above tube layer.

Merge all layers. Crop/re size to your liking. I usually sharpen at this point rather than each separate element as I go along. Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask 5.0 - 30 -5.

Add name and relevant artist copyright and tube licence info.

Save as Png.
